Credit Union 1 Mobile Banking

It has multiple issues. My biggest pet peeve on this app is that I can't see the charges on my credit card without having to navigate away from the app. And of course when the online page opens up the words are so tiny I have to change the setting on my phone to enlarge the font. There are overlapping options like "chat" with an agent and the options ribbon at the bottom. I do like that it no longer looks like it was made in the 90's.

Over-complicated. Before I was able to preview my balance without logging in but they took that away. Before I can make transfers and payments on one page. Now, I have to dance around just to do transactions. I really hate how they changed everything. I miss the old app where everything was simple. My other bank has an easier app so I might just transfer everything to them when I pay off what I owe CU1. Every update makes it less user friendly than before

very difficult to get anything accomplished. just wanna set my payment up for every 2 weeks. went into a branch of the bank here, and they could not help me.They can set it up for 1 payment a month but not 2. been waiting for micro deposits.Because I have to do it on my own In the app.
